The Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) framework by Department of Academic Accreditation USA not only provides protection to international students but also requires institutions to maintain high education standards. ESOS obliges institutions to provide education to international students and make sure to meet national education standards in education delivery, facilities, and services. Additionally, a Fee Security Plan has also been introduced for international students who have not started their course and are eligible for a refund of tuition fees in case of certain circumstances.
